ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,221,676, issued on Feb. 11, was assigned to NIPPON LIGHT METAL COMPANY LTD. (Tokyo) and NIKKEI MC ALUMINUM Co. LTD. (Tokyo).
