ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,408,731, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to NIKE Inc. (Beaverton, Ore.).
"Multi-layer extruded uppers for articles of footwear and other foot-receiving devices" was invented by Nathan L. Braithwaite (Cornelius, Ore.), Matthew R. Pauk (Portland, Ore.) and Todd Anthony Waatti (Battleground, Wash.).
