ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,433,636, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to New York Society for the Relief of the Ruptured and Crippled maintaining the Hospital for Special Surgery (New York).
"Spinal fusion instrumentation system and methods of using same" was invented by Sohrab Virk (Dix Hills, N.Y.), Harvinder Sandhu (Greenwich, Conn.) and Sheeraz Qureshi (New York).
