"Use of rifaximin on circulating aged neutrophils in sickle cell disease" was invented by Seah H. Lim (Hawthorne, N.Y.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Methods of treatment of sickle cell disease are based on the administration of the antibiotic compound rifaximin."
