ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,285,528, issued on April 29, was assigned to New Jersey institute of Technology (Newark, N.J.) and Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey (New Brunswick, N.J.).

"Injectable formulations of anesthetics for any pathological pain" was invented by Xiaoyang Xu (Livingston, N.J.) and Yuanxiang Tao (Newark, N.J.).
