ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,465,237, issued on Nov. 11, was assigned to Neuroceuticals Inc. (Tokyo), Otsuka Pharmaceutical Factory Inc. (Tokushima, Japan) and PAX Co. LTD. (Tokyo).
