ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,414,383, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Nederlandse Organisatie voor toegepast-natuurwetenschappelijk Onderzoek TNO ('s-Gravenhage, Netherlands).
