ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,419,189, issued on Sept. 16, was assigned to Nederlandse Organisatie voor toegepast-natuurwetenschappelijk onderzoek TNO ('s-Gravenhage, Netherlands).
"Partially translucent photovoltaic window and method of manufacturing the same" was invented by Hieronymus Antonius Josephus Maria Andriessen (Beerse, Belgium), Yulia Galagan (Taipei, Taiwan), Henri Fledderus (Eindhoven, Netherlands) and Herbert Lifka (Eindhoven, Netherlands).
