ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,385,891, issued on Aug. 12, was assigned to Nederlandse Organisatie voor toegepast-natuurwetenschappelijk onderzoek TNO ('s-Gravenhage, Netherlands).
