ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,448,699, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to Nankai University (Tianjin, China) and Nankai Cangzhou Bohai New Area Green Chemical Research Co. Ltd. (Cangzhou, China).
