"Transversely-excited film bulk acoustic resonator with buried oxide strip acoustic confinement structures" was invented by Andrew Kay (Provo, Utah), Sean McHugh (Santa Barbara, Calif.), John Koulakis (Los Angeles) and Albert Cardona (Santa Barbara, Calif.).
