US Patent Issued to Murata Manufacturing on April 15 for "High Q solidly-mounted transversely-excited film bulk acoustic resonators" (Canadian, American Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,278,617, issued on April 15, was assigned to Murata Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Nagaokakyo, Japan).

"High Q solidly-mounted transversely-excited film bulk acoustic resonators" was invented by Bryant Garcia (Mississauga, Canada) and Greg Dyer (Santa Barbara, Calif.).
