ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,283,899, issued on April 22, was assigned to MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC Corp. (Tokyo) and NATIONAL UNIVERSITY CORPORATION MAGAOKA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY (Nagaoka, Japan).
