ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,215,090, issued on Feb. 4, was assigned to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York) and Tri-Institutional Therapeutics Discovery Institute Inc. (New York).
"Agents and methods for treating dysproliferative diseases" was invented by Yoshiyuki Fukase (Edgewater, N.J.), Mark Duggan (Teuesta, Fla.), Hans-Guido Wendel (New York) and Kamini Singh (New York).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Compounds are described with the general formula (I) wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12, and n are defined as anywhere herein, which are useful for the treatment of cancer and other dysproliferative diseases."
