ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,449,555, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to Luxium Solutions LLC (Hiram, Ohio).

"CsI(T1) scintillator crystal including co-dopants antiomy and bismuth to reduce afterglow, and a radiation detection apparatus including the scintillation crystal" was invented by Fang Meng (Aurora, Ohio) and Peter R. Menge (Novelty, Ohio).
