ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,276,065, issued on April 15, was assigned to KYODO PRINTING Co. LTD. (Tokyo).
"Tungsten-based infrared-absorbing pigment dispersion, dyeing liquid, fiber product, and method for treating fiber product" was invented by Akira Terada (Tokyo), Tomomi Karino (Tokyo) and Fumihito Kobayashi (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Dispersion is obtained by: blending a specific resin emulsion for protecting a tungsten-based infrared-absorbing pigment; and dispersing the tungsten-based infrared-absorbing pigment in a state of being coated in advance by means of the resin emulsion."
