ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,357,964, issued on July 15, was assigned to KOREA ADVANCED INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (Daejeon, South Korea) and SAUDI ARABIAN OIL COMPANY (Dhahran, Saudi Arabia).
