US Patent Issued to Kohler on July 15 for "Health seat for toilets and bidets" (Chinese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,360,100, issued on July 15, was assigned to Kohler Co. (Kohler, Wis.).

"Health seat for toilets and bidets" was invented by Luncheak Tan (Shanghai) and Chinghua Chen (Shanghai).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An intelligent toilet that includes a toilet base having a bowl, a seat assembly comprising a seat, and a urine collection system integrated with the seat assembly, wherein the urine collection system includes an analyzer that is configured to test urine from a user and provide output health data of the user."

The patent was filed on Feb. 15, 2024, under Application No. 18/442,619.
