ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,312,504, issued on May 27, was assigned to International Business Machines Corp. (Armonk, N.Y.).
"Thermally reworkable adhesives for electronic devices" was invented by Joseph Michael Dennis (Chicago), Andy Theodora Tek (San Jose, Calif.) and Robert David Allen (Golden, Colo.).
