ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,312,705, issued on May 27, was assigned to International Business Machines Corp. (Armonk, N.Y.).

"Stabilization of metallic nanowire meshes via encapsulation" was invented by Talia S Gershon (White Plains, N.Y.), Supratik Guha (Chicago), Teodor K. Todorov (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) and Theodore G. van Kessel (Millbrook, N.Y.).
