ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,350,318, issued on July 8, was assigned to Inovio Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Plymouth Meeting, Pa.) and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Tarrytown, N.Y.).
