ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,426,615, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to Ingenuity Foods Inc. (South San Francisco, Calif.).

"Compositions comprising choline and omega-3 fatty acid to nutritionally enhance food products" was invented by Jonathan Wolfson (Portola Valley, Calif.), Mark Brooks (Corte Madera, Calif.) and Katharine Noakes (San Francisco).
