ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,446,969, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to ICAHN SCHOOL OF MEDICINE AT MOUNT SINAI (New York) and MONOGRAM ORTHOPAEDICS INC. (Austin, Texas).

"Robot mounted camera registration and tracking system for orthopedic and neurological surgery" was invented by Benjamin Sexson (Laguna Hills, Calif.), Douglas B. Unis (Brooklyn, N.Y.), Matthew Dicicco (Brooklyn, N.Y.) and Brian Jin (New York).
