ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,303,591, issued on May 20, was assigned to HK TUMESCENT PHARMA (San Clemente, Calif.).
"Tumescent infiltration drug delivery of high subcutaneous drug concentrations with prolonged local and systemic effects and minimal local or systemic toxicity" was invented by Jeffrey Alan Klein (San Juan Capistrano, Calif.) and Paytra Alan Klein (Newport Beach, Calif.).
