ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,275,760, issued on April 15, was assigned to GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AS REPRESENTED BY THE SECRETARY OF COMMERCE (Gaithersburg, Md.).
