ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,287,341, issued on April 29, was assigned to GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES, AS REPRESENTED BY THE SECRETARY OF THE ARMY (Fort Detrick, Md.).
