ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,419,879, issued on Sept. 23, was assigned to Genentech Inc. (South San Francisco, Calif.).

"Combination therapy for the treatment of pancreatic cancer" was invented by Jeff Settleman (South San Francisco, Calif.) and Nisebita Sahu (South San Francisco, Calif.).
