ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,308,130, issued on May 20, was assigned to GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas LLC (Wilmington, N.C.).

"Reactor condition controlled check valve permits coolant to flow from a reservoir to an isolation condenser chamber" was invented by Brian S. Hunt (Wilmington, N.C.), Christer N. Dahlgren (Wilmington, N.C.) and Wayne Marquino (Wilmington, N.C.).
