"High purity ingot for wafer production" was invented by Shay L. Harrison (East Schodack, N.Y.), John L. Schneiter (Cohoes, N.Y.), Joseph Pegna (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.), Ram K. Goduguchinta (Ballston Lake, N.Y.), Kirk L. Williams (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) and Erik G. Vaaler (Redwood City, Calif.).
