ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,358,826, issued on July 15, was assigned to Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft zur Forderund der angewandten Forschung e.V. (Munich) and Technische Universitat Berlin (Berlin).
