ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,377,045, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to FORDOZ PHARMA CORP. (East Windsor, N.J.).

"Oral liquid formulations of lipid-lowering and blood pressure-lowering drugs" was invented by Sydney Ugwu (North Brunswick, N.J.), Zengli Fu (Kendall Park, N.J.) and James He (Green Brook, N.J.).
