According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Headgear for a respiratory interface has a strap assembly with an elongate flexible strap, a rail extending longitudinally along a rail portion of the strap, and a slide member having a channel that receives the rail. The slide member is attached to an attachment portion of the flexible strap and slidable along the rail to adjust the length of the strap assembly."
