ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,260,550, issued on March 25, was assigned to Ethicon Inc. (Raritan, N.J.).

"Autonomous measurement of the zone of inhibition for antibacterial sutures" was invented by Deepika Sinha (Somerville, N.J.).
