ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,431,839, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to ELECTRICITE DE FRANCE (Paris) and CIEL ET TERRE INTERNATIONAL (Sainghin en Melantois, France).

"Floating photovoltaic installation" was invented by Gaetan Bayart (Neuilly-Plaisance, France), Remi Le Berre (Moret-Loing-Et-Orvanne, France) and Benjamin Le Blan (Villeneuve d'Ascq, France).
