ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,339,228, issued on June 24, was assigned to ELECTRIC AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS RESEARCH INSTITUTE (Daejeon, South Korea) and THE INDUSTRY & ACADEMIC COOPERATION IN CHUNGNAM NATIONAL UNIVERSITY (IAC) (Daejeon, South Korea).
