ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,344,031, issued on July 1, was assigned to DT SWISS INC. (Grand Junction, Colo.).

"Wheel component for a wheel of a two-wheeled vehicle operated at least in part by muscular energy, and a wheel, and a method" was invented by Martin Walthert (Aarberg, Switzerland), Stefan Spahr (Lengnau, Switzerland) and Mathias Bartschi (Studen BE, Switzerland).
