ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,428,412, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to DANA-FARBER CANCER INSTITUTE INC. (Boston).
"Acetylation writer inhibitor development and uses thereof" was invented by Jun Qi (Sharon, Mass.) and Adam D. Durbin (Memphis, Tenn.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed are bifunctional compounds (degraders) that target HAT EP300 for degradation. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing the degraders and methods of using the compounds to treat disease."
