ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,347,906, issued on July 1, was assigned to Commissariat A L'Energie Atomique Et Aux Energies Alternatives (Paris), Centre National De La Recherche Scientifique (Paris) and Universite Pierre Et Marie Curie (Paris 6) (Paris).
"Organic-inorganic hybrid nanofibres having a mesoporous inorganic phase, preparation thereof by electrospinning, membrane, electrode, and fuel cell" was invented by Karine Valle (Tours, France), Philippe Belleville (Tours, France), Franck Pereira (Monts, France), Chrystel Laberty (Montrouge, France), Clement Sanchez (Bures sur Yvette, France) and John Bass (San Francisco).
