ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,331,246, issued on June 17, was assigned to CHINA PETROLEUM & CHEMICAL Corp. (Beijing) and SHANGHAI RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF PETROCHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY, SINOPEC (Shanghai).
