ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,312,355, issued on May 27, was assigned to CHENGDU CYNOGEN BIO-PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGY Co. LTD. (Sichuan, China).
"1H-[1, 2, 3triazolo[4, 5-h quinazoline compounds acting as protein kinase inhibitors" was invented by Hang Cheng (Sichuan, China), Weiyan Xiong (Sichuan, China) and Bin Yu (Sichuan, China).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided in the present invention are 1H-[1, 2, 3]triazolo[4, 5-h] quinazoline compounds of general formula (I), which can be used for treating cell proliferative disorders. The new compounds of the present invention are effective inhibitors of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDK)."
