ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,220,335, issued on Feb. 11, was assigned to CEROFLO Ltd. (Galway, Ireland).

"Expandable stent and a method for promoting a natural intracranial angiogenesis process, and use of the expandable stent in the method for promoting a natural intracranial angiogenesis process" was invented by Sven Tommy Andersson (Alvsjo Alvsjo, Sweden) and Eamon Oliver Brady (County Galway, Ireland).
