ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,355,489, issued on July 8, was assigned to CENTRE NATIONAL DE LA RECHERCHE SCIENTIFIQUE (Paris) and UNIVERSITE GRENOBLE ALPES (Saint-Martin-d'heris, France).
