ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,392,810, issued on Aug. 19, was assigned to CENTRE NATIONAL DE LA RECHERCHE SCIENTIFIQUE (Paris) and UNIVERSITE GRENOBLE ALPES (Saint Martin d'Heres, France).
