ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,280,106, issued on April 22, was assigned to Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health USA Inc. (Duluth, Ga.).

"Modified Marek's disease virus, and vaccines made therefrom" was invented by Joyce Pritchard (Gainesville, Ga.), Teshome Mebatsion (Watkinsville, Ga.) and Michel Bublot (Chaponost, France).
