ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,295,368, issued on May 13, was assigned to Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State Universtiy and Agricultural and Mechanical College (Baton Rouge, La.).

"Method for controlling hematophagous or sap-feeding arthropods" was invented by Daniel R. Swale (High Springs, Fla.) and Lane D. Foil (Baton Rouge, La.).
