ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,403,164, issued on Sept. 2, was assigned to BIOVERATIV THERAPEUTICS INC. (Waltham, Mass.), FONDAZIONE TELETHON (Rome) and OSPEDALE SAN RAFFAELE S.R.L. (Milan).
