ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,241,637, issued on March 4, was assigned to BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED (Maharashtra, India) and PETROLEUM CONSERVATION RESEARCH ASSOCIATION (New Delhi).
