ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,447,190, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to Baxter International Inc. (Deerfield, Ill.) and Baxter Healthcare SA (Glattpark, Switzerland).
"Vasopressin premix systems and uses thereof" was invented by Robert W. Garber II (Island Lake, Ill.), Sydney Cope (Chicago), Jason Mantei (Volo, Ill.) and Mark Doty (Brookings, S.D.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided is a system comprising a flexible container for intravenous administration which comprises a premix vasopressin pharmaceutical formulation, and uses thereof."
The patent was filed on Oct. 4, 2024, under Application No. 18/907,424.
