ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,533,417, issued on Jan. 27, was assigned to B. G. Negev Technologies and Applications Ltd., at Ben-Gurion University (Beer-Sheva, Israel).

"L-DOPA and/or DOPA decarboxylse inhibitors conjugated to sugar for the treatment of dopamine-responsive disorders" was invented by Eliahu Heldman (Rehovot, Israel), Moshe Kushnir (Ramat Gan, Israel) and Eleonora Shaubi (Beer Sheva, Israel).
