ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,312,589, issued on May 27, was assigned to ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA UNIVERSITY (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
